Tailored a coal mine energy & carbon management system addressing high energy consumption and emissions, optimizing core energy-consuming links like ventilation and drainage.

## Challenge

Mine ventilation and drainage systems ran at constant power for long periods, causing severe energy waste, and complex carbon emission boundaries made accurate measurement difficult.

## Solution

Deployed the Group Energy & Carbon Platform, integrating power load and gas drainage data, building equipment-level efficiency models, and implementing smart frequency conversion and demand-based ventilation.

## Result

Achieved a 15% overall electricity savings rate, reducing carbon emissions by tens of thousands of tons annually, helping build a national green mine.
